The History Of Inchdrewer Castle
Built in the 16th Century, Inchdrewer Castle was home to the Ogilvies of Dunlugas who were made Lord Banff.
The Ghosts Of Inchdrewer Castle
In 1713 Lord Banff was murdered as he made his way home from Edinburgh. It is thought that his servants robbed and killed him and then torched the castle. His spirit is thought to haunt the Castle.
The ghost of a white dog has been seen, this is thought to be the spirit of a lady who chooses to take this form.
