The
2007 Crathes Classic Car Rally took place at Milton Park in Royal Deeside on Saturday 26 May 2007 from 10am to 4:30pm. It was once again organised and run by the Rotary Club of Banchory - Ternan. Over 150 vintage and classic motorbikes and cars took part which included a drive through Royal Deeside from Torphins to Banchory by the South Deeside Road. The celebrity that opened the 2007 Crathes Classic Car Rally was the comedian and TV star Jimmy Cricket who was also appearing at the Deeside Theatre of Aboyne as part of the
Aboyne and Deeside Festival. The crowds were also entertained by music from the Granite City Brass Band and the Stonehaven Pipe Band, side stalls and shows.
Proceeds of the 2007 Crathes Classic Car Rally were donated to local charities and the Marie Curie Cancer Care charity. Admission prices were £3 for an adult and £1.50 for a child or senior citizen. Parking was free.
