Where To Go Sky Diving in Aberdeen

Tandem Sky Dive in Aberdeenshire

Buyagift will give you an adrenalin fuelled 12000 feet tandem sky dive for you or to buy as a gift.

You get a 25 minute plane ride above Aberdeenshire whilst you and the instructor reach the necessary altitude for your dive.

When you reach the drop zone away you both go to freefall through the Aberdeen sky for up to 7000 feet. During this time you'll reach speeds of up to 120mph. But don't worry you (or the friend/loved one you've bought this exciting gift for) will be strapped to a fully qualified instructor. He or she will then deploy your parachute at 5000 feet and you'll gently float back to the ground at your landing zone.

I have published a book which tells the story of an Aberdonian military nurse who returns from Afghanistan and encounters The Grey Lady Ghost of the Cambridge Military Hospital. The novel reveals her origins and takes him to a pre-war Duthie Park, modern day Cruden Bay and back to the past to the Battle of Loos in World War One where he witnesses the Gordon Highlanders in action. This is the first in the series of Grey and Scarlet Novels by me, CG Buswell, and each book will feature a well known Aberdeen ghost and Aberdeenshire area as well as modern Scottish Infantry in action. Read the first chapter for free.

Free Charity Sky Dive

The National Deaf Children's Society are looking for adventurous people from Aberdeenshire and across the UK to take up the challenge of a 10,000 feet tandem skydive in aid of deaf children and their families. If you raise the minimum amount of sponsorship you can take part for free!
No previous experience is necessary, just a head for heights and an adventurous spirit! The National Deaf Children's Society skydives take place all over Scotland and the UK on most weekends of the year.
NDCS Challenges run UK and international, individual and team charity challenge events to raise money for the National Deaf Children's Society, the only UK charity solely dedicated to the support of all deaf children, their families, and professionals working with them.
